We’re looking for a** Junior Partnerships Growth Associate** to help us grow our B2B network by building relationships with travel agents across key markets, including the USA, Canada, and Australia

**To excel in the role, you need**
- You have around **1-2 years of experience in sales**.
- ** Fluent in English (C1 minimum), ideally as a mother tongue**.
- ** Strong written and verbal communication skills** to establish rapport and build lasting relationships with travel agents.
- ** Basic understanding of sales techniques**, such as prospecting and outreach, with a proactive, target-oriented mindset.
- ** Relationship building,** you need the ability to connect with travel agents and other stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
- ** Persistence, resilience,** and a **positive attitude and the ability to stay motivated**, even in the face of challenges or setbacks.
- ** Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment** with shifting priorities and tasks.

**What can you expect in this role**
- **Build and nurture relationships with travel agents** in the USA, Canada, Australia, and other target markets.
- Assist in** developing and executing outreach strategies** tailored to these regions.
- Support efforts to establish partnerships with travel professionals globally.
- Help expand our presence in new markets by **identifying and engaging with potential partners.**
- ** Present product offerings and value propositions** to potential clients based on their needs.
- ** Represent the company at fairs, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events** to generate leads and build connections.
