Your mission is to open doors, identifying, engaging and qualifying new partners for Bonham & Brook’s Commercial team.You’ll research potential firms, connect with decision‑makers and create high‑quality opportunities that drive our partnerships forward. This role blends research, communication and commercial thinking. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems and creating impact.This isn’t a typical “SDR” role, it’s a chance to be part of a team building a new commercial model inside a growing consultancy.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and connect with Accountants and SolicitorsGenerate interest in Bonham & Brook’s partnership offering through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreachSecure high-quality meetings for Commercial teamResearch and qualify prospects to ensure alignment with our servicesMaintain accurate records in HubSpot(CRM) and track outreach performanceMeet and exceed monthly meeting and engagement targetsProvide insights and feedback on what’s working, helping shape how our partnerships program evolvesWhat We’re Looking ForA degree in any discipline, what matters most is your curiosity, communication skills and commercial awarenessConfident communicator, able to build rapport quickly and express ideas clearlyOrganised, proactive and resilient.
