Junior Call Centre Assistant

**Role Overview**
As a Junior Call Centre Assistant, you will provide vital support to the call centre team by handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting with customer enquiries, and ensuring excellent service standards. This is an excellent opportunity to develop communication skills and gain experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
- Assist customers with general enquiries and provide product or service information
- Update customer records and maintain accurate data in the CRM system
- Support senior sales and call centre staff with administrative tasks
- Help manage call scheduling and follow-up activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and call centre procedures
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to team goals
**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused manner
- Ability to work well under pressure and stay organised
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (training provided)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment
- Previous experience in customer service or call centre work is an advantage but not essential

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
