Junior Call Centre Agent

**Role Overview**:
As a Junior Call Centre Agent, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our marketing campaigns by handling customer interactions over the phone. Whether it’s promoting a new product, collecting market data, or generating qualified leads, you’ll be the first point of contact between the brand and the customer.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote client campaigns
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide product/service information
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Record accurate information and update CRM systems
- Follow scripts and campaign guidelines while adapting to customer conversations
- Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume, lead generation, or conversions
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to ensure campaign success
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Confidence in handling phone-based conversations
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Previous call centre, sales, or customer service experience is a bonus - but not required
