**Role Overview**:
As a Junior Call Centre Coordinator, you will assist in the day-to-day management of the call centre team, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality customer interactions, and effective support of marketing campaigns. This is an ideal role for someone with strong organisational skills, a passion for people, and a desire to grow into a leadership or operations role within the marketing industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Call Centre Manager in coordinating daily activities and schedules
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure KPIs are being met
- Assist with onboarding and training of new advisors
- Handle call escalations and provide guidance to team members
- Maintain quality control standards by reviewing call scripts and interactions
- Track attendance, report issues, and ensure a productive working environment
- Liaise with campaign teams to align messaging and updates
- Assist in preparing reports and performance summaries

- Experience in a call centre, customer service, or administrative role is a plus
