We have an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new **Call Centre Operator**. Working within the boutique department, you will be responsible for **contacting warm leads **who have previously enquired about the service our client is offering. These leads may have **requested a call back or completed an online self-assessment form**.

Our client is a UK leading equity release consultancy providing retirement income services, including pension income, mortgages, insurance and plan ahead.

**Salary & Bonus**:
This role has a basic salary of **£19,760.00** per annum.

We also offer an uncapped commission scheme, which means you could take home an OTE of _£24,000_

**Shifts**:
You will be contracted at _40_ hours per week, between the hours of **10am & 7pm**, **Monday to Friday.**

**What are we looking for in a **Call Centre Operator**?**
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve challenging targets
- You must be able to deliver a top-quality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer
- A confident individual
- The ability to hold conversation with people aged 55+ and various backgrounds and can easily build rapport with customers
- Previous experience within a lead generation role would be beneficial.
- Strong I.T & administration skills.
- Sales experience is preferred but not essential
- Transferrable skills from previous employment (retail, hospitality, contact Centre)
- A high level of both written and verbal English language.
- The ability to handle rejection and remain resilient throughout the day
