- **This is a full time position, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm**:

- **Starting salary of up to £26,000 per annum (depending on level of experience)**

In this instance, we are looking for an enthusiastic and tenacious Sales Progressor, to joinour Residential Sales Progression team based in Byfleet, Surrey.**

**Requirements**:
**The main purpose of this role is to ensure all company sales are processed efficiently and effectively from the point of sale agreed through to exchange and completion.**

**Some key responsibilities will be;**
- Managing your pipeline to achieve a pipeline conversion in line with the budget
- Maintain a personal caseload of approx. 80-100 cases at any time
- Effectively tracking and progressing all sales using the key milestones set out
- Maintaining exceptional communication with all stakeholders, consistently building relationships with internal and external customers alike
- Ensuring all databases are maintained accurately, to provide accurate reports when required
- Providing weekly call reviews to Sales Managers to detail exchanges and predicted exchanges
- Confident and articulate communication skills, able to build relationships with colleagues and clients
- Tenacious attitude, with the ability to remain clam under pressure and ensure they deliver a high level of customer service
- Commitment to achieving both business and personal goals
- Target driven, with the ability to identify and implement proactive solutions for the benefit of the client in a timely manner
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Motivated to be successful, both professionally and personally
- Able to manage a high-volume workload, often with tight deadlines
