Just Gourmet Foods is a UK importer and distributor of premium Italian food, supplying major retailers, independents, and fine-food wholesalers. Based in Byfleet, we manage the full process from supplier orders to customer deliveries.

We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Supply Chain Administrator to support our day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth imports, accurate product data, and timely customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and maintain product specifications and ensure all product data is current and accurate.
  • Keep supplier details and certifications up to date and correctly filed.
  • Check stock levels and raise purchase orders as required.
  • Track and coordinate imports, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Support the stock booking-in process and verify deliveries.
  • Monitor and help resolve stock discrepancies.
  • Support preparation for external audits.
  • Track sales orders to ensure timely dispatches.
  • Book deliveries with customer warehouses and assist with transport booking.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Confident using Excel and managing data across systems.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations administration preferred.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
