Adferiad Recovery delivers a flexible and coordinated response to the exceptional circumstances faced by people with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions and related issues. Vulnerable people facing complex life challenges need consistent and seamless support to ensure they remain engaged with vital health and wellbeing services - and to prevent them becoming disenfranchised and isolated.

**Hours**: 37.5 hours a week (normally 9-5, but flexibility required)

**Salary**: £21,507.75 per annum (rising to £22,369.00 following successful probation)

**Holidays**:25 days per year plus 8 public holidays (pro rata)

**Based at**:Head Office, Colwyn Bay

**Project overview**:
Cyfle Cymru is a Peer Mentoring project which helps people develop confidence to make positive life changes, and provides support to access training, education, volunteering and employment. Our peer mentors draw on their own lived experience to support people affected by substance misuse and/or mental health conditions. Cyfle Cymru will support people aged 16 to 24 (Not in education, employment or training) and those 25+ that are economically inactive or long term unemployed.

**Job Purpose**:

- To undertake Administrative (general day to day office), Database and Quality Assurance duties that support the Cyfle Cymru project in line with Welsh Government guidelines whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

**Responsibilities**:

- To support the Manager and administration team in ensuring that the project functions are consistent to the monitoring requirements of the Welsh Government and within an integrated administrative structure.
- To raise awareness of the Out of Work service
- To support the Manager in regular audits and in the collection/reporting of outcome statistics in order to meet set deadlines.
- Input onto, amend and check the Cyfle Cymru database and paperwork to ensure accuracy.
- To support the Manager in ensuring the collation, co-ordination, validation and safe keeping of records.
- To identify and contribute towards any aspects of the Cyfle Cymru service where improvement can be made and to advise managers accordingly.
- Attend Cyfle Cymru/Adferiad staff meetings as directed.
- To attend any other relevant meetings as reasonably requested.

**Essential Qualifications**:
**Essential Experience**:

- Knowledge and experience of data inputting.
- Experience of working with databases or experience of inputting into Microsoft Access front end.

**Essential Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills.
- Accurate data inputting.
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise
- Time management skills

**Other Relevant Requirements**:

- _Welsh Language desirable._
- _Full UK Driving License desirable._
