**Summary**

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our vibrant team at Carbon Zero Renewables Ltd in Old Colwyn. You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our office operations running smoothly and providing strong support to our Project team.. The position will suit a well organized proactive person.

The Job is based in Old Colwyn

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to team members.
- Answering phone calls & handling general enquiries.
- Filling documents.
- Data Entry & updating databases.
- Diary Management.
- Preparing invoices.
- Booking appointments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
