My client is one of the largest privately owned property companies in the country. Working from their Alderley Edge head office, they are currently looking to make an addition to their commercial property team in the form of a Database/Property Administrator.

**The Role**
- Taking enquiries from potential clients regarding office leasing space, and entering these queries onto the database
- Updating the relevant surveyor with regards to interest shown on properties
- Setting up appointments for property viewings
- Tracking the commercial property rentals, renewals, sales and so on
- Using Microsoft Excel for a variety of tasks - data manipulation, pivot tables, charts, report generation, etc
- Providing admin support to the wider team where required - dealing with internal correspondence for the department, etc

**The Person**
- Highly professional and well presented
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Great organisational skills with the ability to keep to strict deadlines
- Knowledge of the property industry is desirable but not essential

**Salary and Benefits**

Generous base salary of £30,000, plus fantastic company benefits including ongoing development and support, free onsite parking, ample holiday allowance, Christmas shut down, generous company pension, and more.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
