As a member of the Strategy & Transformation leadership team you will play a critical role in delivering large scale strategic programs across the LEGO Group. As the Head of Transformation, you have an incredible opportunity to join one of the world’s leading toy brands and use your talents to support complex transformational programs, develop the future direction for the LEGO Group and lead a dynamic team - which will help us safeguard and future proof our brand.

You will inspire and guide a team of 10+ passionate senior transformation professionals, including the recruiting, training and coaching of these to ensure robust value delivery across the transformation portfolio.

You will act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to our Senior Leadership group with the focus to execute the group´s strategic agenda and organizational development initiatives. In doing so, you will:

- Be recognized as a transformational advisor and credible partner to our senior leaders
- Lead critical projects including scoping, assessment and development of recommendations, independently or in close collaboration with internal partners and/or external consultants
- Lead a large network of internal partners involved in cross-organizational projects - both with project management as well as change management focus
- Provide direction and development to your direct reports to ensure they are motivated and engaged
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills focusing on the most important issues at hand and building alignment to deliver the Corporate strategy

The Strategy & Transformation team at the LEGO Group drives the Corporate Strategy development & value realisation, working on major strategic priorities for the company.

We are uniquely positioned as a central team working closely with the senior leadership team across functional areas and geographies on strategic and operational topics.

We are a diverse team of professionals with unique background in consulting and / or industry acting as a talent hub attracting new talent to the LEGO Group.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- 10+ years’ of combined management consultancy and transformation experience in a corporate global context
- Knowledge spike: mastering a diverse set of process / project management tools and methodologies to lead complex cross functional programs
- Experienced people leader with a proven track record of leading, motivating, and developing diverse talents & building high performing teams
- Excellent problem solving & executive level communication skills, with the ability to quickly identify dependencies and simplify complex problems into tangible pieces; analytical and data driven
- Ability to lead a broad and global agenda, with an ability to prioritize numerous tasks and responsibilities simultaneously in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to navigate in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Proficient in English both written and spoken
- Experience in an internal transformation department or line function within FMCG and/or Retail as a plus (but not a must)
