**Head of Digital Transformation - London Hybrid - £80K-£85K + 10% bonus**

This is a great opportunity to join of the UK's most well-known consultancies in tech where you will be leading a team of consultants supporting clients with the digital transformations of their contact centres to enhance customer experience.

**The Job**

As Head of Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for creating, developing and closing a sales pipeline of customer solutions that support the extensive growth of the Customer Operations. You will deploy your team across a variety of engagements supporting new clients with thair Customer Experience vision and future Contact Centre technology.

**About You**

You will have experience in Business Consulting with Professional Service organisation, Large-scale BPO transformation and/or Professional Services experience, experience of solutions for Contact Centres and digital channels, ability to create a client proposal utilising various data points available, management of customer experience consultants or Improvement teams, experience within commercial modelling and sizing, understanding of the latest Technology trends in the Contact Centre and Digital Transformation markets, experience in handling different kinds of Contact Centre process like inbound, outbound, sales & marketing campaigns, handling employee queries, customer support desk, experience in working on integrated Contact Centre environments consisting of technology for Delivery & Service Management, WFM, Learning, Reporting & Analytics and Quality, process Improvement methodologies, a passion and desire to improve customer experience and support clients on their journey.
