Head of Digital

Working for a sustainability focused organisation that provides essential services and products to businesses across multiple sectors and sizes (from SME's to large corporates), the Head of Digital will own digital strategy, performance marketing and optimisation across all channels.
Following a period of rapid acquisition and integration, the company is entering an exciting new phase of growth, with significant investment in people, systems and commercial excellence.
The Head of Digital will be responsible for:
• Developing and delivering full-funnel digital strategies across paid media, SEO/SEM, CRO, website, social and email
• Owning digital KPIs and driving performance through analytics, optimisation and testing
• Leading advanced measurement and supporting responsible AI use in marketing operations
• Managing and mentoring a team of digital specialists.
• Overseeing digital budgets, agency relationships and MarTech platforms
The Head of Digital will have:
• Plenty of digital marketing experience with strong performance and lead-generation accountability in B2B space
• Proven ability to deliver measurable growth and optimise end-to-end digital funnels
• Skills in analytics, CRO, paid media, SEO/SEM and automation
• Experience leading teams, influencing stakeholders and operating in fast-paced, transformation environments
• Candidates could come from roles like Performance Marketing Lead, Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Head of eCommerce, etc.
• Could come from industries like retail, telco / telecoms, utilities, ecommerce, etc.
