CoSector is seeking to expand its organisation and deliver its mandate from the University of London to sustainably grow its services and solutions in support of students and academic staff wherever they may be.

**The Role**

CoSector is seeking a Head of Change and Transformation to lead CoSector's delivery of change project and programmes, both to clients and internally. The role will ensure that such activities are delivered professionally with appropriate levels of business change and transformation input as the projects CoSector delivers increasingly involve major business process and organisation transformation in addition to the technical delivery elements.

To thrive in the role, you must be an excellent communicator, experienced in delivering major projects and change programmes with a track record of working successfully with client stakeholders at all levels. Commercially aware and capable of working to deadlines under pressure, you will have a proven ability to enthuse and work collaboratively with a professional, enthusiastic and flexible approach to work.

**Further information**

The normal place of work for all CoSector employees is either Senate House or Stewart House - the University of London’s main buildings in London. The University operates a hybrid working policy which recognises that the performance of a limited number of technical or specialist roles may benefit from the post-holder spending more or all of their working hours away from the University’s buildings. It has been agreed that this role fulfils the above definition and so there is currently no requirement for you to regularly attend your normal place of work given above. Should this change at any point in the future you will be provided with reasonable notice.
