**Receptionist Supervisor**

The Adelphi is a famous hotel based in the heart of Liverpool city centre. It is a grand Edwardian style building rich in history. It boasts 402 bedrooms & 14 conferencing suites, catering for between 4 to 850 delegates. The hotel is popular for a variety of events including conferences and wedding receptions. The Adelphi offers a relaxing drink at the vibrant Wave Bar and Residents bar.

As our **Reception Supervisor**, your duties, will include:

- Checking guests in and out
- Training and supervising the team
- Maximising revenue and minimising loss within the Department.
- Promoting food and beverage facilities.
- Providing information to guests on all hotel products and services.
- Be involved with taking payments, cash handling & balancing floats.
- Answering telephones and handling guests queries
