Industrial Relations Business Partner, Emea

Meta is looking for a dynamic, flexible, team player to serve as an Industrial Relations Business Partner. This position will be responsible for EMEA-wide industrial relations support.This position is full time and can be based in our Dublin, Ireland office or London, UK office.
**Industrial Relations Business Partner, EMEA Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with Works Councils, unions and other employee/labour representatives
- Engage and support cross-functional partners and business leaders on industrial relations matters
- Devise and implement industrial relations strategies in alignment with legal partners and business objectives
- Support industrial relations compliance needs
- Execute operational tasks related to industrial agreements and local legislation
- Lead specific industrial relations projects
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of relevant employee relations experience, with industrial relations experience
- Willingness to provide industrial relations support across EMEA
