About the Role

The Social Media Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the EMEA Marketing team by managing the company's social media channels, creating engaging content, and ensuring alignment with Partner.Co's brand identity and global marketing strategy. This position offers the opportunity to influence brand perception across multiple markets and collaborate with talented professionals in an international environment.

Working closely with the Marketing Director (EMEA) and the Global Communications Director, you will take ownership of our social media channels, ensuring consistent storytelling, brand alignment, and creative excellence.

This position may be based either in the United Kingdom or Italy, depending on the selected candidate's location. Only one role will be offered.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow Partner.Co's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Create, schedule, and publish original, high-quality content that aligns with global brand strategy.
  • Develop creative campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement across EMEA.
  • Produce and edit photography, short videos (Reels), and graphics to support key initiatives.
  • Monitor and engage with our online community, fostering meaningful connections.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on digital projects, marketing campaigns, and event coverage.
  • Support social media coverage for corporate events and incentive trips across the UK and Europe.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and branding strategy.
  • Proficiency in photography, light video editing, and basic graphic design.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian; proficiency in French or Spanish is an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement metrics and optimise performance.
  • Self-starter with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Education and Experience

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Social Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in social media, marketing, or a similar creative role.
  • Experience in the direct selling or multi-level marketing (MLM) industry is an advantage.

Work Arrangement

This is a fully remote position based in either the United Kingdom or Italy. The role may require occasional travel to company events, incentive trips, or regional marketing meetings across the United Kingdom and Europe. Candidates must have a suitable home-office setup and reliable high-speed internet.
