Amazon Web Services (AWS) is leading the next paradigm shift in computing and is looking for an experienced Operations Sales lead chartered with providing the operating environment to the EMEA APO Consulting and Industry&Solutions Partner teams. The Operations Lead will oversee all mechanisms: xBR, Annual Planning, OPx, dashboards, ad hoc requests for the overall team.
This role will be based in London (UK) with Madrid (Spain) as secondary location.
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small
- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.
Key job responsibilities
Reporting to the EMEA APO Business Ops lead, this is a critical role as it will provide the necessary framework to a high growth team, ensuring all the operating requirements are met, from having the right sources of information to analysis to standard mechanisms, anticipating the business needs and providing insightful analysis.
We're looking for a detailed, motivated, and structured Sales Operations lead to provide clear guidelines to the Consulting Area and the Industry & Solutions teams and to represent EMEA in front of the WW, to define and execute against our strategic priorities for the business. This role will collaborate with the WW/Geos operations team in the strategic initiatives, the monthly rhythm of business and the annual Planning process, translating the requests into actionable activities with clear deadlines. They will be responsible for supporting the rhythm of the business activities such as Business Reviews, Pipeline Reviews, and other cadenced reporting and metrics.

This role will be part of a wider EMEA team that supports the overall EMEA AWS Partner Network (APN), both from regional perspective and from type of Partner, ensuring optimized support to our teams as they as they develop our APN with compelling value propositions.
