HRLife are delighted to be partnering with a global, forward-thinking, people centric technology business to recruit a commercial HR Business Partner for a geographically dispersed client group across EMEA. You will be responsible for influencing the Seniorleadership team across 20+ countries including Spain, Portugal, Italy, Cyprus, Netherlands etcand it is essential you have previous EMEA exposure in Southern Europe.

Working closely with Senior leaders and stakeholders, this is a great opportunity for someone who has proven experience supporting these countries remotely in Europe without local in-country HR support, as an effective HRBP.

Working in a small team, you will strive for excellence and put the people first; continually adding value and supporting employee development to really enable them to thrive. This is a business-facing, delivery-focused role with plenty of senior stakeholderexposure. Actively looking for a hands-on business partner to work with defined client groups on all things people related, really delivering a first-class HR service.

This is a broad generalist role and will cover the full employee lifecycle, giving you plenty of variety and keeping you busy

Working both strategically and operationally to develop, implement and deliver on key people initiatives; including talent, development, succession planning and engagement. Ensuring collaboration and consistency across all countries and leaders, you’ll needto drive communication and come up with commercial solutions to support the overall business strategy. You'll have previous exposure of managing restructures and redundancies, settlement agreements and senior level exits.

Looking for a highly organised, pro-active individual with in-depth knowledge of HR and good exposure to European employment law.

Key responsibilities will include;
- Working closely with your client group, you will be the first point of contact for all generalist HR activity - including ER, Resourcing, Wellbeing, engagement and talent.
- Creating and embedding innovative processes ensuring people programs are implemented across the business in a well-organised and high-impact way
- Supporting EMEA HR leadership team in the planning, design, due diligence, change management, and implementation of strategic business objectives
- Working with senior leaders to conduct detailed research and develop recommendations to support attraction and retention, resulting in a positive employee experience
- Working with senior management on team structure, role design, future talent attraction ensuring the best people are hired and onboarded effectively
- Partnering with senior leaders to promote well-being initiatives and ensure they are embedded effectively
- Managing all high-level ER issues ensuring positive outcomes
- Developing hi-potential employees through effective succession planning and engagement initiatives

Due to the nature of the role, you will be detail orientated, used to analysing information, framing any issues and making recommendations to enhance processes. Finely honed influencing, facilitation and communication skills are a must.

The office is based around the Stockley Park/Uxbridge/West London area but you'll only be required to attend the office once a month for key leadership meetings.

Salary to 70k plus bonus and benefits. If you speak a second European language, that will be a distinct advantage.
