Incentive Games is an exciting, and energetic company that specialises in helping its clients acquire, retain and monetise customers via web and mobile apps in the form of free and pay to play games. We use gamification to make user engagement simple.
Our current clients are multi-national gambling and media companies based in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the USA.

We’re looking for you to join our team as a Human Resource Co-ordinator reporting directly to the executive board. As a Human Resource Co-ordinator, you will work with our highly skilled team. Your role will be pivotal in maintaing and growing a happy team, and keeping the company up to date with the latest legislation.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**- Own and improve the company HR functions-
- General HR and Office administrative support to all employees-
- Ensure the Company’s HR strategy is delivered, upgraded where necessary and maintained-
- Ensure that the HR portal is kept up-to-date with employee and employer details-
- Ensure all legal and required training is administered to employees-
- Assist in all areas of the employee lifecycle - particular attention to onboarding new staff-
- Work with the team to identify and develop their talent, and ensure we create the right learning opportunities for the team.-
- Support induction, workforce planning, reward and recognition, career progression, engagement, and survey action planning-
- Help leaders to identify and attract future talent-
- Build our insight in how our people feel and what’s important to them**Requirements**:
- A progressive, non-bureaucratic and pragmatic approach to HR-
- A willingness to try new things and take some risks-
- Enjoy working as part of a small and agile team-
- Excellent relationship building and communication, with the ability to move between listening to, guiding and coaching others at all levels-
- The ability to make quick, sound decisions based on knowledge and judgment-
- 3+ Years experience**Other useful experience and skills**- Visa sponsorship process-
- Working with third-party recruitment companies to get the best talent-
- Previous exposure to a fast growing company-
