Account Administrator
**Responsibilities**:
- Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices, coding expenses, and preparing payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist with month-end closing activities, such as preparing journal entries and financial reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
- Provide support to the accounting department as needed
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Must have relevent experience using SAGE accounting software, Microsoft Word, Excel**
