GO Interiors specialise in distribution of construction materials; drywall, insulation, ceiling tiles etc. We are seeking to employ an intelligent, confident and customer focused office administrator to work as part of our dedicated team.

Main responsibilites include; running the purchase ledger and passing invoices for payment, sending out proof of deliveries to customers, running of a purchase order system, and other general office administration (filing etc.)

This role may require you to answer the telephone and greet customers so requires a good telephone manner with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Job Skills
Experience as an office Administrator (Beneficial but not essential)
Knowledge of Accounting software
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Working hours:

- To be negotiated.

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred, but not essential)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: £10.26 per hour

**Benefits**:
