**ADMINISTRATION WORKER**

**Salary**:£13,104.00 (£12.00 per hour, FTE £23,088)

**Hours**: 21 hours per week

**Role Overview**

The Administration Worker will provide essential support to the Management and Delivery Team by handling administrative tasks and office procedures to meet the organisation’s needs. The role involves attending supervision sessions, staff, and board meetings as required, while ensuring full compliance with all Linx policies and procedures.

**Key Tasks**
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth and efficient operations for both Management and Project Staff.
- Undertake all general administrative tasks related to various projects, helping the team achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Work independently and as part of a team, remaining motivated and capable under pressure.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist Management and staff with administrative tasks using Microsoft Office programs.
- Manage the Sage HR System, including monitoring staff timesheets, tracking absences/lieu time, holiday records, and shift schedules.
- Support the Finance Officer with payroll-related tasks.
- Manage recruitment processes, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in line with the recruitment policy.
- Oversee staff training documentation, track training expiry dates, and ensure all records are current.
- Maintain both electronic and paper filing systems.
- Prepare, collate, and distribute Board of Management and Staff Meeting reports; attend meetings, take minutes, and circulate them along with action items.
- Handle administrative procedures for petty cash, working float, and subs banking accounts.
- Perform photocopying, printing, and stationery/stock control duties.
- Update the organisation’s website and social media accounts as needed.
- Produce and distribute the monthly newsletter using the relevant software.
- Audit the Lamplight Database monthly, reporting any inaccuracies.
- Perform any other administrative duties as required.

This list is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be required by the Director and the Board of Management to undertake any other reasonable duties as and when required.
