As the HR Administrator your duties will include
- Dealing with general queries received via the 0800 number and or HR inbox.
- Supporting HR Business Partner and HR Advisor with day-to-day case work (investigations, assessment centres, training courses etc) as and when necessary.
- Supporting the Resourcing BP with recruitment administration to include posting jobs on TALOS; maintaining vacancy log and database.
- Change of Terms administration to include, issuing contract amendments; updating KV System.
- New Starter and Onboarding Administration to include, producing contract of employment; issuing new starter packs and welcome letters; maintaining Right to Work database; setting up personnel files; updating KV; issuing security access cards (gate cards)and uniform.
- Managing the company sick pay process to include logging absence and sick notes on a daily basis; notifying managers; issuing sickness information to payroll; sending AWOL letters and absence calculations as requested; scheduling occupational health appointments.
- Manage the administration of the Pension Scheme and Private healthcare Plan to include, scheduling appointments and issuing paperwork as required.
- Production of monthly SOT Statistics, to include headcount; labour turnover and sickness absence etc in line with monthly reporting timetable.
