DP World are currently recruiting for a committed and driven HR Administrator to provide professional support to the People function taking responsibility for all administrative processing of essential documentation. This role will cover locations including Coventry and Hinckley so a drivers licence will be essential as well as the willingness to be office based.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. The role will require the person to be in the office for their initial 6-month probation and training. After that there would be the option to work from home two days per week

**About the role**:

- Ensure that new starters, changes and leavers processes are followed up diligently and that all aspects of the processes are adhered to, working closely with the Payroll and Finance Departments.
- Assist line managers with the new starter induction process and liaise with the QEHS department to coordinate group inductions when required.
- Provide support to the HR Team with advice to site management and employees
- To ensure all HR processes are implemented and completed in full compliance with Company policy and legislative requirements.
- Maintain accurate absence data on absence reporting KPI and return to work trackers, ensuring that all return to work interviews are completed by line managers. Support the HR team with managing absence in line with the Company’s Absence Policy and Procedure.
- Scanning and maintenance of personnel files in line with GDPR.
- Support the HR team with basic contractual change administration, general coordination of meetings and minute taking in ER cases.
- Support the HR team in arranging meetings in relation to sickness absence, including letter administration, diary management and minute taking. Work with managers to ensure meetings take place. Support the team in maintaining the data management of the sickness absence system. Ensure that the system is up to date, accurate and run regular reports.
- To perform other related duties as assigned to support the achievement of Company objectives.
- Produce monthly reports providing employee information to our corporate headquarters

**Your Key Skills**:

- Previous experience of process/continuous improvement engineering within a warehouse/manufacturing type environment
- Previous HR administration experience is essential.
- Experience of HR databases and production of management information reports essential, with the ability to review and analyse data advantageous
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Prior experience in a high volume administration HR role
- Strong IT skills including HRIS systems, Ms Office and ExcelAbility to work under own initiative when necessary
