**Salary**: £28K-£30K
Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM Office Based
The Company
Our client, a furniture store in Hinckley are looking for a HR administrator to join their team.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of People and working closely with the HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operational HR, including on-boarding, performance development, conduct, capability, and employeerelations. In addition to the daily tasks, there is also the opportunity to get involved in HR projects.
You will be part of a small but busy team, so you will need to be a strong team player, hands-on, with a willingness to get stuck in. You must be prepared to undertake administrative tasks as well as the more complex employee relations issues and able toadapt to constantly changing priorities. Basically, you will need to be prepared to get fully involved in anything HR- related.
The successful HR Advisor will have spent at least 2 years working within Human Resources, at a senior administrative or officer level. You will ideally be CIPD qualified and possess the credibility to influence others and engage effectively at all levelsof the business. Experience in managing straightforward HR issues, including misconduct, capability, absence management and flexible working requests is a pre-requisite along with strong IT skills and excellent written English.
