**Job Description**:
**Summary (of role and how it fits within organisation)**
Support daily operations of the Service department including compliance and administration functions
**Key Responsibilities**
Within area of operation, the Service Coordinator will:
- Ensure all incoming service customer enquiries are handled efficiently and effectively in line with work instructions
- Process customer quotation requests and follow-up on open quotations
- Process and oversee customer orders are in line with budgets from sales handover through to final invoicing
- Process Service Engineer timesheets & expenses for invoicing purposes
- Provide information and assistance regarding supply and availability of Spare Parts, Service Engineers and Modernisations
- Support Field Service coordination and liaise with all Service Engineers
- Liaise with ESC’S regarding engineer availability, quotations and orders
- Liaise with customer to ensure successful completion of orders, including communicating updates from ESC’s to customers
- Perform general office administration tasks relative to Service department i.e. maintaining CF service records & reports, filing
- Work in coordination with internal departments
- Work to PAGB-CSC2 processes and procedures
- Follow company directives and guidelines, including;

- Customer Service Excellence
- Ability to process data within deadlines & priorities
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible, Team player
- Packaging Engineering knowledge (beneficial)
- SAP knowledge (beneficial)
- IT conversant (Microsoft Office minimum)
