Job Title: Inventory Coordinator (Service) Location: Site-based, Getinge Derby Office We are seeking a higlhy organised and due diligent Inventory Coordinator for our Service segment to control and manage service stock locations and inventory levels across the Getinge UKI organisation to ensure financial compliance and to maximise efficiency. Key Duties And Responsibilities Manage and coordinate periodic stock check and cycle counting activities for all service stock storage locations across the UK&I organization (Infection Control, Life Sciences, Surgical Workplaces and Acute Care Therapies). Open and close stock checks in a timely manner, ensuring 2 stock checks per V storage location and 4 per K location, per year, are completed. Support investigations into stock discrepancies with the aim to find missing stock and reduce financial loss in the business. Report loss of stock to senior management and the finance team to then address with the individuals and their line managers. Raise Non-Conformances (NC) where required, when processes are not followed, which result in missing or incorrectly transferred stock. Manage and coordinate return process, including quality checks and customs procedure requirements for inventory returns projects (twice yearly) Point of contact for the inventory data team, assisting them and the service team with managing engineer inventory Assist Regional Managers on maintaining and managing engineer inventory requirements, safety stock levels, site stock levels and setting up new starter stock location. Place orders to replenish stock locations with safety stock (ROP) levels as required. Ensure correct procedures are followed when engineers leave the business and ensure that their final stock check is raised, counted and all investigations into any discrepancies are completed prior to their last day. Manage and coordinate all storage location data in SAP and SalesForce. Manage Service repair kits with location changes and replenishments. Prepare required paperwork for all shipments related to returns and complaint items. Contact vendors to raise any delivery queries and reporting any issues in to the complaints system (Trackwise) Manage the workshop ‘goods in’ and ‘goods out’ area, ensure all deliveries are allocated and processes are followed for the receipt of customer in house repairs. Proactively look at new processes and ways to ensure inventory levels are managed effectively and with minimum write offs Who You Are At Getinge, we are looking for passionate individuals, who are agile, resilient, take responsibility for their development and focus on achieving excellence. If you love change, we can make sure that you stay that way Knowledge, Skills And Experience Education or qualifications - Educated to GCSE level with certificates in English and Maths Strong working knowledge of and experience in using SAP and with stock auditing. Sales Force would be highly desired.
