Here at Node4, we have an amazing opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our friendly but fast-paced PMO team. Reporting to PMO Management, the Project Coordinator will be a key part of the delivery Eco-System. They will support Project Managers with coordination and support activities on Tier 1 Projects. They will also be expected to deliver medium Tier 2 projects under the support of Project Managers, as well as independently delivering Tier 3 and 4 projects.

The successful Project Coordinator will be provided with Project Management support, mentoring and training with potential long-term prospects of advancement into a Junior Project Manager role taking on larger more complex projects. **What you'll be doing**
- Provide the prime point of focus and contact for customer solution delivery projects.
- Initiate and chair customer and internal project meetings.
- Liaise with Node4 internal teams across all functions, together with customer and any 3rd party suppliers to define, agree, and document project delivery plans.
- Be empowering and inspire others to deliver successful projects or portfolios.
- Create, maintain and monitor project documentation required for the delivery of projects.
- Ensure the agreed project management methods, standards and processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Update and maintain the project pack (RAID), filing, recording, and reporting systems.
- Maintain risk and issue logs and change control records (RAID).
- Communicate professionally with the Customer and Node4 Stakeholders.
- Take clear concise minutes from meetings and add them to the “Project-specific documentation pack.”
- Creating reports (summary of the “Project-specific documentation pack” data).
- Keep the Project Collaboration tool up-to-date and support the “Project Team” with navigation information and updates.
- Take ownership and be accountable for their Projects.
- Support teams to ensure they are communicating according to the agreed Communications Plan, both internally and externally in partnership with the Account Management, Sales and Enterprise Delivery teams.
- Be focused and thorough with change control.
- Forecast resource requirements and commercial delivery both at delivery and pipeline level.
- Act in a manner conducive to fair and reasonable behaviours/outcomes to all Stakeholders.
- Represent PMO and Node4 service interests both within the Node4 ecosystem and externally.
- Consistently demonstrate and champion ESaaS (Exceptional Service as a Standard) & associated Level 4 behaviours - acting as a role model & ambassador for Node4.
- Proactively develop effective and mutually productive relationships across all departments within Node4 through behaviour and approaches.

**What you'll bring**
- Knowledge and/or experience of a formal project management methodology.
- Proven experience of delivering multi-site, technology projects through management or co-ordination.
- Be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Proficiency in analysing and problem solving throughout the different stages of the project lifecycle.
- Excellence in developing a working project management plan.
- Able to challenge and question effectively in a professional manner.
- Excellent communication skills (face to face, verbal and written).
- Ability to work with multiple software solutions such as MSTeams/O365/SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently on small less complex Projects with mínimal supervision.
- Be a passionate communicator with the ability to alter the message to different audiences.
- Self-starter, strong analytical and organising skills with excellent attention to both quality and detail.
- Ability to work pro-actively and to tight deadlines.
- Flexible, can adjust approach to different customers and projects.
- Be a team player.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
- Experience in working on IT projects/programmes.
- Demonstrate an approachable, friendly, personable manner, with an understanding of the importance of how to deliver great customer service.
