Treatment Coordinator (Dental)

We are seeking to recruit an experienced treatment coordinator to join our friendly, multi-award winning private dental practice located in Liverpool city centre.

Working as part of our amazing Customer Service team, this is a full-time opportunity with some weekend working required.

Ideally, you will have a dental background - having worked in practice as a qualified dental nurse and/or a dental receptionist role prior to undertaking a treatment coordinator role. Full training on our key dental treatments, products and services will be provided as part of the induction process.

This role is focused on connecting with prospective patients who have already expressed interest in our services.

**Key duties include: -**
- Undertaking in-practice, telephone and virtual ‘free consultation’ appointments with patients each day - discussing their treatment needs, treatment options available to them, associated costs, and payment plan opportunities offered by the Practice.
- Use our dental CRM system to effectively manage patient leads, track their progress and optimise workflow.

**Essential Qualities: -**
- You must be both highly confident and competent working in a customer facing role - a big, bubbly and vibrant personality to interact positively with our patients on a day-to-day basis.
- Outstanding customer service professional, with telephone sales/sales experience, and with a compassionate and patient-centred approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and build rapport with prospective patients.
- Ability to create / present information on our dental products and services to patients.
- A self-starter who can organise and prioritise their own workload to maximise patient bookings.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines each day.
- Exceptional attention to detail.

**Experience:

- **
- Dental sector experience: 1-year (preferred)
- Customer service experience: 1-year (essential)
- Telephone sales / sales experience: 1-year (essential)
- Working knowledge of CRM systems: 1-year (essential)

**Salary:

- ** From £13.00 per hour - dependent upon experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
