**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information regarding their treatment plans.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of the clinic's resources.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage documentation related to treatment protocols.
- Liaise between patients and healthcare professionals to facilitate clear communication regarding treatment options and progress.
- Assist in the preparation of treatment plans, ensuring all necessary materials are available for consultations.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing support throughout their treatment process.
- Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth daily operations, including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills relevant to the role.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred, demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- A compassionate attitude towards patients, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 48 per week
