**What’s the Role About?**

As a Treatment Coordinator at Smileworks, you’ll be the key to our patients’ journeys, from their first enquiry to completing their treatment plans. You’ll work closely with our team of 15 clinicians, ensuring seamless communication, exceptional care, and memorable patient experiences. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where sales expertise meets compassionate service.

**What Will Your Day Look Like?**

No two days are the same at Smileworks Here’s a snapshot:

- Interacting with up to 6**0 patients daily**, making each feel valued and cared for.
- Coordinating and scheduling complex treatment plans for our team of 15 **clinicians**.
- Managing diaries across multiple platforms and keeping our CRM systems up-to-date.
- Ensuring smooth operation of our facial aesthetic courses, including organising materials and following up on enquiries.
- Learning about cutting-edge dental and aesthetics treatments to better serve our patients.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re searching for a confident, outgoing, and polished communicator with a knack for sales and customer service. Ideally, you’ll have experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental or aesthetics practice, but if you’re highly motivated and eager to learn, we want to hear from you
