We are looking for a One CIC Purchase Ledger Clerk **- **We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team with an aspiration to end rough sleeping.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team. As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately recording and processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, and ensuring timely payments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a background in accounting to contribute to our finance department.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing high volume invoices.
- Matching and coding invoices.
- Bacs payment runs.
- Supplier statements to be reconciled fully and queries addressed and resolved.
- Request any invoices or credit notes not yet received as per statement reconciliation.
- Processing including journals where applicable.
- Other ad-hoc duties required.
**Benefits**:

- Experience of basic invoice logging.
- Proven experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or similar role
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
- Familiarity with HRIS or Workday systems is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
**Salary**: £24,995.00 per year
