Page Personnel are working in partnership with a leading business services company in Warrington to recruit for an purchase ledger clerk on a temp to perm basis. This role is full time in the office and full process Purchase Ledger.

**Description**

Reporting into the Finance Manager the purchase ledger clerk will have the following duties:
Invoice registration and passing - Parts stock, sub-con, overheads and VSB

Statement Reconciliation

Resolving queries

Employee expenses

Completion of payment runs and same day payments

Assist cash book posting and reconciliation

Assist month end balancing

Ad hoc finance duties

**Profile**

The successful purchase ledger clerk will have the following:

- Proven track record in similar role
- Experience of using Sage
- Full process AP experience
- Proficient in excel
