**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including clerical tasks and data entry.
- Maintain accurate records and files using computerised systems.
- Utilise accounts software for financial record-keeping and invoicing.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating office events.
- Organise and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Update social media posts
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Office Administrator or similar position.
- Proficiency in computerised systems, particularly Microsoft and Google Suite.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Good clerical skills with a focus on maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£26,800.00 per year
