We are currently recruiting for an **Office Administrator** for our Belfast office basedThe role requires a highly organised, energetic, and efficient person who can coordinate the diverse responsibilities of the role and are willing to work as part of a team. As Office Administrator you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and administration of the office.

**The general administrative duties associated with the role will be as follows**:

- Provide general administrative support to include reception cover
- Accounts administration duties including invoicing and supplier statements
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Health & Safety manager.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

**Key Attributes and Behaviours required include**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and meet required deadlines.
- Ability to work on their own initiative.

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday times to be negotiated

**Salary**: to be negotiated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £16,425.36-£26,943.56 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Customer service: 4 years (preferred)
