Office Administrator

Our client, **Further Space**, is seeking a Temporary **Admin** to join their team based in **Belfast.**
**Further Space** is a holiday company which provides outdoor holiday experiences, through luxury design pod accommodation in hand-picked locations. Reporting to the CEO, the Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance, Planning and Operations departments at Further Space. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of tasks.
**Pay Rate**: £11 Per Hour
**Hours Per Week**: 37.5
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
**Job Type**: Full Time, Temporary position
**Job Duties**:
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings for various departments within the organisation. This includes reserving meeting rooms, coordinating with attendees to ensure availability, sending out meeting invites and reminders, and preparing any necessary materials for the meetings.
- Maintaining accurate and organised files and databases, ensuring timely and efficient retrieval of information. This includes creating and maintaining electronic and paper-based filing systems, updating databases and spreadsheets, and ensuring that all the information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Preparing and distributing agendas, minutes, and other documents for meetings. This includes taking accurate minutes during meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and distributing materials to attendees.
- Provide administrative support for special projects and events. This includes coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
- Assist with processing invoices and expenses and other financial administration as necessary.
- Perform general office management tasks, such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and arranging for maintenance and repairs. This includes making sure that the office is running smoothly, and that all necessary resources are available when needed.
- Support the overall operations of the organisation, and assist with other duties as assigned. This includes providing support to other departments and teams as needed, and assisting with other tasks as directed by management.
**Job Criteria**:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proven experience in an administrative support role
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of financial and budgeting principles is a plus
