**Client Details**

Our client has worked with some huge key clients such as F1 Racing, Hello Magazine and Easyjet. Working amongst a talented and growing team of commercial analysts and accountants to provide smooth services to clients and project managers, and control anydiscrepancies.

**Description**

The successful WIP biller will be:

- Undertake monthly invoicing (1.5m) for both offices including action relating to billing, transfer chargeable time, write offs, Credit Notes..
- Track all cash flow reports and liaise with project managers if any reports are not
- Assisting with month and year end reporting - working with FPNA team to investigate any discrepancies
- Inform accountant of any provisions and keep a detailed record of all provisions for yearly auditing purposes.
- Help monitor PL when necessary - assisting with bank reconciliations and supplier queries
- Update finance spreadsheets and client/project records accurately i.e. invoice table, WIP Report, Job Codes Spreadsheet and SAGE 200
- Weekly time reporting for various clients in order to raise invoices and approval for payment, using this report to raise accurate
- Responsible for sub consultants invoices including processing.
- Produce weekly invoicing report to Finance
- Provide fee analysis to Project Managers on an ad hoc
- Maintaining accurate records for the yearly auditing

Helping Commercial finance team with variance analysis and other ad hoc monthly reporting

**Profile**

The successful WIP Biller will be:

- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload in an environment with multiple and conflicting demands.
- Well rounded interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Time management skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a good telephone manner.
- Highly self-motivated.
- IT literate and competent in using Microsoft Office; Outlook and Word.
- Knowledge of Sharepoint

Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of VLOOKUP, Pivot tables and nested functions.
