**About Our Client**:
My client are an international, leading advertising agency with offices based all over the world. This role will be based in their City of London office and will support the finance manager and team during a maternity leave.

As the WIP Biller your responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with account teams to oversee billing
- Ensuring 3rd-party costs are billed and recovered where required
- Ensuring over-runs are mitigated and managed
- Performing reconciliations on a timely basis
- Ensuring correct and accurate closing of jobs
- Managing debtors accounts
- Resolving client queries regarding debts / billings
- Monitoring credit limits and ensuring overages are highlight to the FC/CFM
- Supporting the finance business partners to ensure accurate comms and client information

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful WIP Biller will have:

- Previous experience in a billings position
- Previous experience within media / agency / similar industry
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP system
- Strong excel skills
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to start immediately

**What's on Offer**:

- £35,000 to £40,000 salary (experience dependant)
- 12 month FTC (maternity cover)
- Immediate Start
- Hybrid working (3 days in London Office, 2 days from home)
