As **Client Biller**, you will be responsible for timely and accurate raising, and overall management, of client invoicing; WIP, timesheet and job management; and some elements of the month end reporting process.

Reporting into the Commercial Accountant, the role will offer the opportunity to learn and take on increasing responsibility as you grow and develop experience in the position and the company.

**Client Biller Key Responsibilities**:

- Client invoice management, tracking billed vs unbilled
- Raising draft invoices for approval
- Stakeholder liaison to ensure timely and accurate billing
- Collating POs and chasing up any missing or erroneous PO
- Monthly meetings to go through WIP balances and resolve any discrepancies between accounting system and cost trackers
- Work with accounts payable assistant to ensure any missing costs are processed
- Journal costs to correct jobs where necessary
- Escalating complex or aged WIP issues
- Assist with month end project reconciliations and client trackers
- Action time and cost moves as instructed
- Produce internal weekly reports
- Correct and timely project set up on the system
- Project closure and maintenance
- Chase up missing timesheets
- Work with credit control to resolve non-payment queries and escalations
- Cover accounts payable assistant responsibilities when necessary
- Ad hoc requests from finance team and wider business

**Client Biller Key Attributes Required**:

- Previous experience in a finance role
- Previous Agency experience preferred
- A positive attitude and approach to team work
- The ability to get on with others and establish good relationships the wider business
- Strong eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of team
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel
