Our**Client**is a London based creative Agency now looking for a biller with excellent communication skills and looking to develop further. You will get the opportunity to work within a fun environment and supportive finance team
Key responsibilities of the**Biller Credit Controller**include**:
- Monthly Billing cycle - responsible for ensuring timely and accurate billings in accordance with billing instructions Approx 150-200 invoices a month
- Credit Control
- Intercompany invoicing
- Chasing billing instructions/PO’s from the team
- Billing schedule maintenance
- Ad-hoc journal entries as required
- Maintenance of client billing/invoice submission portals
- Support resolving any billing queries from account handlers and clients
- Chasing timesheets on a weekly basis - recording & reporting on incomplete timesheets
- Timesheet maintenance/assisting account handlers with timesheets
- Collation of client PE on monthly basis
- Assist account handlers with Paprika support where necessary
- Ad-hoc reporting and duties as required
The **Biller Credit Controller** key competencies are:
- At least 1 year experience of working in Billings role within a fast paced environment
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Paprika Experience (preferred but not essential)
- Experience within a media/ PR/ communications agency
- Resilient
- Deadline orientated
