Job description
Administrator’s role you will need to be out going, friendly, comfortable with answering the telephone and being professional. You will be supporting the office with general admin duties formatting spreadsheets on excel so you will need to be efficient on MSoffice, word and excel.
Main duties
- Answering telephone in professional manner
- Data management skills
- Scanning
- Efficient in MS office and Excel
- Credit control
- Chasing invoices
- Raise invoices
- Meet and greet customers
- Picking up packages from main reception
- Dropping parcels off at post office
