Role and Responsibilities

This role is predominantly dealing with customer accounts, company report management and any other ad hoc duties that are required, the office is a very fast-paced environment.
- Invoicing customers
- Sending statements
- Checking of all purchase invoices
- Maintaining the purchase invoice reports
- Creating Miscellaneous invoices
- Dealing with any invoicing queries
- Entering customer payments onto the customer accounts on the system using the banking system
- Creating weekly reports of invoicing, skip movements, staff hours for the directors
- Managing the scrap leaving site
- Maintaining the scrap reports
- Maintaining the scrap accounts
- Answering calls booking skip deliveries/exchanges/collections
- Answering calls dealing with queries
- Management of any special customer accounts and creating the jobs and invoices to the correct schedule making sure the invoices bespoke for that specific customer
- Scanning of collection paperwork
- Scanning and maintaining the scrap paperwork
- Creating quotes
- Arranging bespoke work ie grab wagons, subcontracting skips
- Updating social media accounts
- Giving jobs to the drivers
- Taking the waste in and out by entering on the system and producing the ppw
- Checking new customer via credit search
- Creating new customer accounts
- Having ideas on new ways to work that benefit the company
- Any other ad hoc duties that the directors will require you to do

Preferred Skills

Admin experience desired, a can do attitude with a willing to work by your own initiative and good time management skills to organize your own work load.

Excellent spoken and written English is a must.

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Computer skills: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
