We’re looking for an **HR Administrator** to join our friendly and professional HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our people agenda and ensuring our staff receive the very best HR support.
**What you’ll do**
As our HR Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries and provide vital administrative support across the department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the HR mailbox and handling day-to-day queries.
- Processing employee changes, contracts, and leaver documentation.
- Maintaining accurate employee records in **IRIS HR** and producing detailed HR reports.
- Supporting absence management and ER casework.
- Assisting with compliance checks, including DBS renewals.
- Note-taking at meetings such as probation reviews and welfare discussions.
- Championing best practice and ensuring GDPR and employment law compliance.
**What we’re looking for**
- While previous experience in an HR team is an advantage, it’s not essential - we’ll provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role,
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- CIPD Level 3 (desirable).
