This is an office based role, located in our head office in Waterloo.

**The Role and Opportunity**

You will play a key role in building and improving relationships on the phone with our renters to ensure we are providing a world class customer experience.

**Your responsibilities would include (but not limited to)**:

- Qualifying warm leads via inbound and outbound calls, generating viewings for our Sales Associate team
- Accurately logging, tracking and maintaining renter records using Salesforce
- Identifying the needs of each renter, adopting a sales mentality to cross-sell properties effectively using our Matching tool
- Successfully self-managing your lead database maximising your prospects - you are in charge of your own opportunities
- Be a Home Made culture champion, confidently communicating our value proposition to renters
- Work as part of a growing team, supporting each other to achieve results
- An opportunity to become a WhatsApp specialist, assisting renters with their journey for a new home digitally

- You have strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- You are results-driven, looking to surpass targets
- You love to learn and are keen to expand within the role

**Salary**

Base 23K (OTE £30k+) Working hours: Monday to Friday plus every other Saturday (advanced day in Lieu for Saturday work)

Office location: London Waterloo (close to Blackfriars, Southwark and Waterloo stations)
