Acting as an assistant to the Service & Maintenance team; the assistants’ role & responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:
The principal duties will include:

- Working closely with department members assisting with day-to-day tasks;
- Booking in service visits for directly employed engineers, and subcontractors,
- Use company software to check, verify and send reports,
- Put together small quotes to suit recommendations off the back of visits,
- Filing and storing of company documents,
- Provide administrative support to accounts,
- Be the main vocal point for customers to contact (then delegate as needed).

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- An excellent level of IT literacy - Word, Excel and Outlook
- with an ability to quickly learn in-house systems,
- Ability to manage own work load by effectively prioritising and multi-tasking,
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), must be confident and courteous on the telephones and be able to communicate at all levels,
- The ability to remain calm under pressure,
- Customer service oriented with focus on the success of the business,
- People person yet resilient and assertive with proactive and positive attitude,
- Effective problem solving & organisational skills,
