**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports using and other accounting tools.
- Organise office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked environment.
- Provide clerical support by typing documents, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for team members.
- Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.
- Support various administrative tasks as required to enhance office productivity.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 38 per week
