**Job Description**:
We now have an opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join our team in Haverhill. This position will support the Transport department by providing general administrative support.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 08.30-17.00

**Salary**: £26,240 per annum

**Key Duties of a Transport Administrator**:

- Administration and data entry to maintain the Company’s systems for WTD and tachograph rules and regulations
- Monitoring and maintaining records for agency drivers, processing invoices using SAP and keeping accurate records of agencies’ terms and conditions
- Inputting and monitoring drivers’ holidays and sickness absence, maintaining the time-keeping and attendance system and processing sick notes
- Regularly updating the WTD system, ensuring the data is up to date and accurate
- Creating and providing daily reports to the Transport department regarding tachograph information
- Receiving and monitoring fuel deliveries, maintaining the fuel monitoring system
- Support investigation of any driver wage queries
- Providing various reports / spreadsheets for internal departments in a timely manner
- Carrying out any other formal and legal duties
- Record keeping

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience within an administrative role is required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information
- Able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines
- Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel, Word, Outlook
- Excellcent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Able to work well in a team environment
