Internal Sales Representative

Are you an organised, customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills? We are looking for an **Internal Sales Representative** to join our team and act as a key link between customers and our production operation. This role plays a vital part in managing enquiries, supporting the order process, and ensuring smooth delivery of our products.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer calls, providing first-line support and assistance
- Redirect incoming calls to the factory as required
- Process sales orders in SAP, agree delivery dates, and update records when necessary
- Coordinate transport for hazardous and non-hazardous goods, maintain strong relationships with transport partners, and manage delivery documentation and complaint tracking
- Monitor transport provider performance and report findings to the Managing Director
- Handle a range of administrative tasks, including organising customer samples
- Work with the Finance Manager on customer aging
- Complete all invoicing and create dispatch/delivery notes in SAP
- Book clients onto Continual Professional Development (CPD) sessions
- Liaise closely with the Sales Team to ensure excellent service
- Circulate the Daily Sales Report
- Support additional duties as required
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- High level of accuracy, organisation, and methodical working
- Ability to work well within a team
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Competent in Excel and SAP
